Example Scenario
Challenge: A public school district serving 30,000 students has a team of four software developers responsible for handling data requests and providing reports to leaders across the district. They can not keep up with the demand.
Solution: We provided mentoring and advisory services and helped the dev team to refine their processes, create internal standards for data models and data collection, establish a template library for machine-readable data queries, and automate reports where possible.
